T&C Cleaning Services LTD are back out to break our own history records with a exterior clean in Scarborough.
The team spent the the last week heavily grinding it out at a local contract at Eastfeild industrial estate.
It was quite an eye-opener to the extent of how bad this exterior was and the first job was to simply de-litter the full area followed by a moss scrape gathering 40 bags worth in total with the correct recycling measures in place.
Afterwards for a job of this size and to the extent of weeds we had no choice but to pre treat the area with a biocide and a de-gresser due to the years of traffic flow which had taken its toll on the block work surface.
Afterwards the clean started following by more waste removal, for our task in hand we used 2 pressure washers, flat surface cleaners, turbo lances and boiler systems. After a few intense days we slowly started making our transformation to this job.
Biocide and the advantages of using it
Afterwards we used biocide as a post treat to help maintain this a little longer, but why use a biocide?
